amazing location really good service lovely bath
The location was amazing near the town. The team provided really good service. I found the dining room lovely, it had very good quality breakfast. The room I stayed in had a lovely bath.
The parking area was a bit small for the number of rooms.

A Balanced Experience

The room had a fantastic view. The staff was helpful and polite. The location offered a good balance between town proximity and quieter areas.
The steam room was not working. The hotel lacked atmosphere. The hot tub air jets did not function properly.

Wonderful Sea Views and Friendly Staff

The hotel location provides fine sea views. Access to both the town centre and Fistral beach is easy. Breakfast was good, and I dined in Silks one evening, finding the food to be of high quality. The staff members were both friendly and helpful .
The lift's down button on the first floor did not work, so it was regularly out of service.

The room was very spacious and clean. I found the beds comfortable, including lovely fluffy bathrobes and ample hot water. A huge shower and a separate bath are available.

The breakfast selection offered various options. The food was of good quality. I found the staff attentive during meal times and was grateful for prompt service.

The hotel has a spa. I found the grounds well maintained. The free parking was plentiful, an really good feature. I was grateful for the convenience it provided .

rust windowsills dirty bathroom
I encountered a couple of issues . The room was uncomfortably warm (despite turning off the heating) and opening the windows only slightly helped. I also noticed some rust on the windowsills. the bathroom taps looked like they needed a good scrub. (I did expect better for the price.)
